The goal of the Artist Selection Committee is to carefully curate a select group of over 40 emerging and established artists to be a part of this annual event. The artwork includes a broad range of mediums, themes, and styles. The goal is to create a “vision for art” completely unique to the Jacksonville community.

NOTIFICATIONS SENT: January 18, 2025
OPENING NIGHT CELEBRATION: Friday March 21, 2025 6- 10 P.M.
CLOSING NIGHT: Monday March 24, 2025 6-8 P.M.
WHO MAY APPLY
1) A Vision For Art is open to all established and emerging artists from the United States, although we strongly encourage artist from the Southeast region to apply.
2) We accept submissions in the fields of painting, printmaking, sculpture, drawing, photography, mixed media and installations. Space for installations is limited so please get your applications in early.
3) A $15 application fee is required for all submissions
SELECTED APPLICATIONS
Submission of an application does not guarantee participation. We will review applications in January and notify selected participants by January 18, 2025. If we have any questions about your proposal, we will contact you at the email address you provide on your application.
Each selected participant will be allowed a 9X9 foot area to display their work. We are not able to provide shipping assistance so the artist is responsible for getting the work to the venue. All works must be framed (gallery style) and ready to hang.
Artist are free to set their own prices and agree to share 50% of the sale price for their artwork with Episcopal School of Jacksonville, St. Mark’s Campus. Proceeds from A Vision for Art support our artistic community, the mission of Episcopal School of Jacksonville, and the St. Mark’s Campus.
All accepted artists will complete a consignment agreement as part of this application. All artworks included in the show must be included in and subject to the terms of the consignment agreement. Artworks that are not listed on the consignment agreement will not be permitted on the show premises. Further information and the consignment agreement will be sent along with notification of acceptance.
Participating artists will receive a complimentary ticket for the Patron Preview Reception followed by Opening Night Celebration, March 21, 2025 from 6 - 10 p.m. Participating artists will also be included in the show printed catalog.
